Shipping and Returns Policy
This policy is designed to provide clients with clarity over the payment, shipping and returns process. Please be aware that currently I am shipping artwork exclusively to clients based in the UK.
Ordering
If you see a piece of art you would like to purchase, please send an email to: steverobertsart@hotmail.com and reference the painting title and provide details of the desired delivery address. I will send a response as soon as possible with an invoice including both the cost of the artwork and shipping.
Payment options
Payment via bank transfer is preferred but I also offer the option of paying via a secure SumUp payment link that will be attached along with an invoice. Please pay immediately as the work is taken off sale upon contact from you and therefore unavailable to other buyers. Payment via cheque is not accepted.
Shipping
Once I have issued you the relevant invoice and payment has been received, artwork will be shipped within 5 working days. If there will be a delay due to other commitments or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you to notify you as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
All artwork will be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or via an alternative courier depending on the size and weight of the artwork purchased. Most UK deliveries arrive within two days, please allow 7 days in total. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. If the artwork is a gift or needs to be delivered by a certain date, please make this clear and I will see if it is feasible that the work will get to you in time. Please be aware that there may be an additional charge for a fast-tracked parcel so please do allow for this eventuality.
Returning non-damaged artwork
Even with a high-quality photograph, I understand that there’s a difference when you see an artwork in the flesh. If you’re not entirely happy with the artwork, please email me within 14 days of receiving the artwork stating that you would like a refund. Please be aware that the return shipping cost cannot be refunded. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the artwork being returned to me as sold.
Returning damaged artwork
I take the upmost care to ensure artwork is wrapped as carefully as possible to avoid any damage whilst being shipped out to you. However, if an artwork arrives with you damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs and reference the invoice number and title of the artwork and I will then investigate the situation before actioning a solution.
