I am currently developing a new collection of abstract paintings inspired by walking in the Cotswold landscape where my studio is situated. The process of developing this work begins with an immersion within the landscape with a sketchbook and camera in hand. Gestural marks, notations and photographs are taken as I move across the contours of the landscape, a visceral and multisensory experience. These fragment will then be distilled and synthesised into a new physical form.

The process of producing this collection of new work will be documented on my website and social media channels in the coming months, providing you with a deeper insight into the working process and wider contextual discussions which arise as a result.
